It broke after one flight, and I was left with only 3 wheels for the rest of my trip. It needs to be built better

Very roomy and durable. Survived the flight and the trip without a hitch. Also attractive.

Love the quality of this luggage and the interior compartments. However, mine came with a crack in the back of the large suitcase. Super disappointed and will be contacting them seller.

Today is the first time using this luggage and the wheel broke. I purchased this item for Christmas. Do not buy this brand of luggage!

Pretty looking, light weight and large.

This suitcase was great until after only 3 trips in 4 months the wheel ripped off and took some of the exterior ABS casing with it. Now completely unusable. Very disappointed indeed. I would like a refund. Thanks.

They look great and are smooth to roll. But the zippers are poorly made and are breaking after first use. :(

This product is great. Love the layout of the inside with pockets and sections but the handle is made of plastic and it seems flimsy, like if the bag gets too heavy and I adjust

This is the second replacement we had to make. Packing for a trip tonight and the handle fell off. As you can see with the photo.Still has packaging on and never been used! Not a happy camper because I’m past the return date. DO NOT WASTE your money. It is less than medium quality. Two strikes for this piece of garbage suitcase!! I want my money back!!!!
