This suitcase had good reviews and after one round trip flight the wheel was busted in and it’s broken and done. I’m livid!!! I picked up my suitcase from baggage claim and the wheel was already broken in and wouldn’t move correctly. I’m so mad that I spent so much money and didn’t even use the carry-on to now I have a suitcase that’s broken after two flights. I want my money back…

Overall, an excellent bag. Handle is a bit flimsy, but for the price, I guess that’s expected.

Great luggage set, moves super smooth but the zipper broke after ONE trip. It completely busted while zipping it up now I have to deal with returning this.

This suitcase broke the second trip I went on. My last suitcase (same price point) from Amazon lasted 5 years. I’m terribly disappointed and was extremely inconvenienced. I had to go luggage shopping in the middle of my trip.
