Reaction Madison Square Womens Lightweight Hardside Chevron Expandable Spinner Luggage, 28-inch Checked, Rose Gold With Hematite Zippers

I love the look of this, the many storage options inside and how easy it is to move around. However, the very first time using it, we checked a bag for our flight to Jamaica and it came out on the conveyor belt completely missing a wheel. The wheel did not break but the plastic supporting the wheel base completed gave way. I dont know how much to blame the airlines handling versus Kenneth Cole but I still think this is pretty sad considering it had zero wear and tear at this point. Very disappointed.

It looks so nice and sleek, but the handle feels like it could fall out at any minute when it’s extended. Could have just been a defected one that I got?

Great for car travel. Durable shell, but may not handle heavy travel by plane. Handle is lightweight. Ive used this for 2 months at least 1 to 3 times a week and is still holding up. All zippers are sturdy and still work well.

Really disappointed in this luggage set. Only used twice and handle ripped off and two of the wheels broke off/heavily dented and unusable.

Plenty of room- lightweight- better than expected

Just purchased this in november. I waited six months to save up the money to buy this set in time to use for my Christmas travel. After picking up my suitcase at baggage claim, i noticed my whole entire wheel was broken off. I was unable to maneuver the suitcase at this point and had to ask a complete stranger to carry the suitcase for me. How embarrassing. It is clear that the suitcase was not made properly b/c there is no reason why it should’ve broken off after one trip. Now I have to spend money to buy another suitcase for my flight back home. I would really appreciate if someone could reach out to me about a possible refund since the bag comes with a warranty. Thank you.

I’ve only traveled with this bag once, but I love it! It’s stylish with the design and easy to distinguish among other black bags because of the pattern. It took a HUGE tumble from my friend’s SUV and survived without even a scratch. I was sure something cracked or scratched, but it’s a tough one:)

The stitching that keeps the zipper intact came off in the first use and I had to buy a belt from the airport to keep my stuff in the luggage so that it doesn’t open on the baggage claim conveyer belt. Need a refund or a replacement.

What can I say. I intentionally waited until something happened with this luggage to leave a positive review. I sometimes feel we dont give an item enough time before we leave good or bad reviews. I had this luggage for about two years and it withstood every bump, drop, kick, sandwich, smash and throw you could do while traveling. It maintained its durability, I didnt get single crack, scratch or dent in this luggage at all. I recently flew from DC to Hawaii, and this suitcase was pack jammed with 10 plus days of clothes, shoes and everything I needed for the trip. I also have the 20 inch one as well. While on vacay, one wheel finally broke off but I wasnt mad b/c I got my monies worth out of that box, so here I am here making this review and about to buy another one. Its durability was well worth my money and since I know how good they last, I am buying a replacement one. Will keep up with these as long as KC makes them. Happy Traveller here! :)

These luggage are great. I wish the had sold in a 3 piece. They may have been sold out. But, theae are light weight, full of compartments, easy to maneuver and looks so sophisticated. Im gonna try to find a 3rd. Piece from this collection. I usually over pack when I go on any trip. The just incase I get stuck for some extra days. And I was still under weight to fly. Took these to Vegas for 5 days. Probably packed for 10 days at least. With 5 pairs of shoes. Brought back stuff from Vegas and was still at 48lbs. And I had Jean shorts, even my favorite throw I take everywhere with me. Lpv3 this luggage. Love, love, Love ❤️
