Really loved the look of this suitcase, but it is trash. Used once & the zippers on both the checked and carry on pieces broke. There were kinks in the zippers when it arrived so we were a bit worried it would happen. Also, the shell broke near a wheel so now it’s not usable at all. It already wasn’t usable due to the zippers though. Do not buy!

I have not used this product yet but it is very cute! It looks expensive but you can tell it is on the cheaper side because I can push the side in with my hands so it is not a super hard case. I travel a few time a year and think this will work perfect for what I need it for. I would definitely recommend.

I love this item, I recommend it. I use it as my rolling tote purse, I don’t want to carry anything on my shoulders or my bad back. This absolutely is perfect for me.

This item may look nice, but it broke after the first time being checked on an airplane. One of the wheels completely fell off and I had to tape over the hole. Then I had to roll a bag with 3 wheels around Europe for 2 weeks. Extremely low quality. Especially for the price. Majorly disappointed.

My husband bought this for me as I was in need for a checked bag. I love my carry on Kenneth Cole. We took it on a cruise in March and the entire side cracked in travel. We returned it and were sent a new one. I just got back from another cruise today. Before I even made it to the airport, I noticed it did not roll right. Both myself and my friend tried to see what was wrong and couldn’t find anything. The gate agent also had difficulty with the bag and couldn’t find anything wrong as the wheels spun fine but it kept tipping to one side. After we got on the cruise, I noticed the suitcase cracked around one of the wheels. For this price, I expected a lot more. Since the time to return it through Amazon has expired, I’m stuck dealing with the manufacturer warranty. Buyer beware! The plastic is not durable and the suitcase is heavy.

I love the style of the luggage; however, after one trip to the airport, the wheel corner broke. It’s not very durable.

This suitcase did not hold up well. On my first use, one of the wheels broke off of the suitcase. Sturdiness is definitely a 1 star rating. Other than that, it would have been a great suitcase.

Survived 2 trips with no damage. I think this set will last a few years
