The flat part of the sponge starts tearing after first wash. Next time I will try a more expensive beauty blender. Also, I don’t know if this is true for every blender but it’s so hard to clean. I scrub it with soap and rinse it well for awhile but makeup is still in the sponge- I squeeze it with a dish cloth afterward to dry and makeup comes out!

The best sponges, way better than the sephora sponge in my opinion

A classic. They work amazing.

Im a fan of Real Techniques brushes, but Ive always been loyal to Beauty Blender when it comes to elliptical sponge applicators. These sponge applicators come in three densities to use depending on the finish you want (or your skin type). I like all of them, but prefer the orange one (medium texture) best. Like Beauty Blender sponges, you get these guys wet and they expand. And WOW do they expand. And this is what I dont like about them: they are so big, I find them a bit hard to handle. I manage to stick part of the sponge in my eye every single time I use them. I also dont care for the broad flat edge: I prefer the large round end of the Beauty Blender, which is more forgiving and adaptable. Nevertheless, these are decent applicators and you are receiving six of them for less than the price of a single classic Beauty Blender. I wash them with Mario Badescu Glycolic Cleanser and they clean up nicely.

Blend great! Feel super soft on the skin, and absorb way less product than other affordable blenders I’ve had
