This yarn is definitely not the quality you would get in the store. This snags horribly and definitely can tell a big difference between this yarn and the yarn I got in the store. This is for a large blanket. Not happy at all with it but could not find what I needed in stores as sold out everywhere. You ca see in the photo what the whole yarn is doing.

Its the typical red heart worsted/medium weight acrylic yarn so dont expect it to be extremely soft. I love how big it is, it’s great for the price and the dark red color is beautiful

Left color is what I got in the mail (burgundy), right is the actual wine color yarn. A while back i bought what i now know is wine colored yarn but when I needed more they kept running out at the store. Lost the name so I looked for some online & the burgundy images matched so I bought it, but once it arrived it was a much more vibrant red than the one on the image and the one I had already been using. The lighting in my photos is warm but you can tell that the one on the right is much more muted than the one on the left.

Not the softest yarn., BUT ..does the job for repairing a fraying area rug.

Love this yarn! Its soft and easy to use. I didnt have any issues with snagging, tangling, or threads unraveling like in some yarns. Its a great deal for the amount of yarn you get. I plan on purchasing some more to make a throw. Im so grateful that I can order it on Amazon instead of dealing with the chaos of the craft store!

The first one I got, it was soft and very good, I called myself ordering the same thing, but the softness is gone, what happened, so disappointed that the first one was soft but the second was hard.
