they should include a tube to pour (it really would not cost much)

Very disappointed. My package was scotch taped shut to begin with. Upon opening the seal on the bottle was broken which means the bottle had been opened and the contents are supposed to be refrigerated after opening so unsure if it is still useable. Also missing the straw to get the contents out. Pretty disappointed as this was not a cheap product.

Reliable, easy to use. Probably should not have been shipped in a plastic bag, the bottle leaked. No worries, plenty left.

Bought this product a little more then a month ago, stored it according to the instructions. Today I went to dose it and after pouring it into the measuring container I noticed black particles suspended in the solution. After i opened the bottle I realized part of the bottle had broke down and contaminated the solution. Everything was great up untill that point, very disappointing!!
