Connector is play and play, but make sure to check polarity with a multimeter before connecting speakers.

These will not work on newer models. The plug on these is smaller than that found on a 2012 Chrysler 300 with the factory Alpine system. You need LBX-RAM-4PC if have a 2102 and up, at ;east you will on a Chrysler 300

I recommend you ensure the pins on the car plug are straight or you risk bending them. If you feel tension its the pins that are not aligned correctly. Consider yourselves warned.
