> 3 dayThis seems to be very high quality and as such the cord is stiff, perhaps an issue in gaming. I dont game. Seems perfect for business work, and is apparently rare to be full-sized for your entire hand to rest on top of.

> 3 dayIt was a good mouse, had smooth movement, and came in really nice packaging. The only problem is that when I downloaded the software, it said No Device Connected. I tried redownloading it to no avail, and had to return it.

24-11-2024This is the upgraded version of the mouse I currently own by Redragon. I love the programmable buttons, recently have gotten into pc gaming of all types, so it is very helpful for someone like me to have a quick click. I went ahead with this one because it has 2 extra programmable buttons than the one I currently own! I am a little biased because it doesnt take much to make me excited over a product, and the lights alone on this mouse do it for me lol (I can be pretty basic). The mouse has a great feel and design to make it ergonomically friendly. The buttons on the side are in a great location to allow me to click the top 2 buttons, or simply slide my thumb down a small range to click the third without having to move the position of my hand. Now along with others and what has been said, where Redragon is lacking this time is in the software. I read the reviews and knew this would be an obstacle to program the keys, but thankfully my husband is genius mode with technology, he was able to get it installed and up and running for me fairly quickly. Should a hardcore gamer have some issues with it? it is possible it will be a slight bump in the road, but not enough for me personally to knock it down more than a star.

> 3 dayFeature packed smoothness and excellent hand feel. Im picky when it comes to my gaming mouse and this mouse is absolutely perfect fit and feel for my mitts! While Im not big on the LEDs, they are pretty cool looking and I have the option of turning them off if I desire. Software available to take full control of other buttons to customize it to your needs. Also, I find it to be the right weight. Very pleased with this beast of a mouse.

Greater than one weekI ordered two different models of computer mouse from this brand, mostly because in our house, both of us had an old, cheaper mouse that was starting to fade. Im a gamer; my husband is not. I gave him this mouse to use and he likes it mostly--its a step up for his old mouse, and its lightweight, ergonomic. Seems well made. And it does what it should: clicks, rolls smoothly, etc. However, as others have noted, the software is an issue. He wanted to adjust speed and the lights on this thing, tried to find the software which was a struggle (the instructions dont tell you where to get the software from), and when he was finally able to find the software, it didnt work at all. In fact, it didnt recognize his mouse at all, though he was using it. The software just said device not detected. So he gave up. In his case, what he wants to adjust isnt critical, but it is a pretty big oversight to offer software that first, the buyer has to find on their own, and then they have to hope it will work for them (it didnt for us, but he did some research and found out he wasnt the only person who wasnt able to get software to work on this mouse). We also didnt find it helpful that after a long search, the only answer he could find to fix the problem from the maker was that he should reinstall his OS. Um, why would we do that just to adjust the color on the mouse? The OS on his PC is fine. It works fine for general use. I wouldnt actually call it a gaming mouse though--if the software isnt usasable and the mouse isnt adjustable, it wont be very good for gaming. So decent mouse for the price, as long as you are happy using it straight out of the box. If you want to make adjustments? Good luck. Note: We were finally able to find some software that worked, so all is good with everything, but Im still leaving it at 4 stars (perhaps 4.5 stars would be better, but there is no such open) because it shouldnt have been such a struggle to find the software that would work.

Greater than one weekUnfortunately this mouse is just not very good. Ive had good experiences with redragon before - but this mouse? not so much. The sensor is horrible. It has a glossy finish.. which is definitely a decision to make. It makes gripping the mouse much more challenging. The actual shape is fine, but the sensor makes this mouse almost unusable. Do not use this for any FPS games. Maybe for top-down games this mouse would do better.
