Packaged very poorly. Amazon put this hitch in a huge box with no bubble wrap and it managed to make a huge hole in the box and lost some of my other items i ordered. Disappointed with UPS for sneaking up to my door and leaving the package and running. No joke. But it is a great hitch. Just wish amazon would teach there employees to package better

I got this hitch to prevent damage from accidents, and it saved my vehicle from one rear end collision. Very durable hitch with great towing capabilities too!
