Screw holes did not align well with sander base.

Just what I needed to finish job

Fits the Makita BO5021, and appears to be of good quality.

Used original screws from sander. Tight fit in mounting holes on replacement. Little pressure they popped in and everything from there was a exact fit. Good purchase.

item was in worse condition than my used pad I was replacing. very disappointed.
