These are awesome! I have been using the thin bands for years and these are so much more comfortable, they do not fold or slip. I recently did some PT for a knee injury and I bought these to do those exercises at home. So much more efficient to use these bands.

I like these bands. They dont roll up and they are strong enough for my workouts. I use them off and on at the gym.

Ive been using this product to exercise along with different stretching techniques. I really love the quality of the bands. They dont move when I stretch and stay in position. I also love the feel of them and the color, their very soft.

I’m really impressed with these based on how inexpensive they were. The bands are labeled, it comes with a carrying bag, and they give you workouts on a card to try! I tried them out at the gym for the first time today and was really happy that I could only do the “light” band, seeing as that leaves room to grow! The colors are cute and the fabric doesn’t hurt on bare skin. But lol at the review about the lady on the front of the package… I agree it’s a little much
