My orthodontist recommended I use these to freshen up my retainers. They definitely help! I usually use them once a week and let them soak for about 30 min, then rinse and brush them with a toothbrush.

I was trying to use baking soda & water, then hydrogen peroxide, as soaks to keep my Invisalign trays bright which was okay, the peroxide better than baking soda. But still, they would get slightly dingy by the end of two week period. I didnt want to take the risk on the final retainer staining or changing color so I ordered these. I saw them at a friends house who uses them regularly. They keep the retainers sparkling clean and fresh, too. I just soak during the day in a small plasticware lidded container and theyre ready to go at night. Can even get away with using 1/2 tablet. The only thing I am noticing is some bluish haze on the retainers but not noticeable when wearing them (and I think it is because I use the retainers with the Zoom Whitening gel sometimes and might be from that.) I will keep buying and using these, for sure. And recommend.

I have a night guard that I wear whenever I sleep so I don’t crack my teeth due to grinding. I have used this daily for several years now to clean that night guard and keep it fresh and sanitized. I love oral hygeine and I hate dirty retainers. My ortho gave me an invisalign and immediately I tried to talk my way into getting one of the metal retainers because I HATE the cloudiness and disgustingness that accumulates in invisaligns after a single use. This product has saved me from that plaque and germ hell. It leaves my retainer sparkly clear and clean. I use half a tablet every day to conserve the product because I find only half is enough to clean both my top and bottom retainers at once. Very satisfied.

I ran out of the first box my dentist have me, so I bought this same brand from Amazon. Works really well for keeping plastic retainers and Invisalign trays clean. I usually put mine in when Im getting ready in the morning. If you use them daily, they remove any overnight build up that night happen. I also brush my teeth before putting them on at night, so that probably helps. Overall, great product and easy to use!
