Retroflag Raspberry pi case superpi Case with Safe Shutdown for Raspberry Pi case U Case New Version (Purple)

I loved the original NESPi and NESPi plus so I had high hopes for this case. The case itself is well made and easy to assemble however, the unit I received had zero air flow causing the PI to display the thermometer icon constantly. On closer inspection I noticed that the vents on the rear of the unit were closed shut. I used a hobby knife to open them up and Im hoping thats enough. If not Ill install the fan but Id rather not as theyre noisy.

Best retrobpi case so far, and cheap! Love the safe shutdown button.

I love it! Fit and finish is great. Buy a fan if you wanna keep your pi cool. 30x30mm.

This is my second Retroflag mini console I had the NES first and this one is more of the same. Its a perfect scaled down model of the SNES, that works flawlessly. If you want to build your own mini console Retro flag is what you need.

Did not receive the user manual that was listed to be included. I found one online, but still had some trouble assembling as all the parts were not in place as specified. Luckily I have tiny fingers and was able to connect the USB cable, which by appearances should have already been connected.

It really does look like the real thin only smaller. went together excellent. great price and great product.

Great quality build and very affordable. Got this to build a retropie project for my brothers 40th birthday (we played snes as kids). Its pretty awesome. The functional buttons are a nice touch (script was easy to install) and the cartridge that sits on top is magnetic if you were wondering. Acquiring the pi board was the biggest challenge to the build.

Its a beautiful looking case and everything works out the gate.

I LOVE this case. I have a 3B+ with a carefully curated retropie installed in the classic RetroFlag NES case, but I wanted to do another build for the living room TV. I was not expecting the quality to be this good at this price point. I am very happy with this purchase, now I just need to justify buying the Sega Genesis version :)
