I got tired of trying to balance hard ice packs on my knee after Pickleball. This is just what I need.

Does the job very well

This gell pack is very well made and gets very cold. I really like the sturdy straps with excellent Velcro. I use it for about 30 minutes total, 15 on the plush side then 15 on the slick side and it gets my knee iced down much better than an ice pack.

Recent knee surgery - these were great for quick, no-mess, icing. Re-freezing is pretty quick and the multiple straps allow for stable application to specific location

Per doctors orders...I need to keep my knee iced for 20 minutes every night. He suggested this ice pack. Makes it so easy to keep it on. Would recommend.

These have been wonderful for swollen knees. I put them on and they stay even if I move around a little. At night after a long day I feel such relief. After 20 to 30 minutes the inflammation goes down and I can sleep with limited pain.
