> 24 hourThis car seat is horrible! The reviews all looked wonderful but it did not work out for us at all!!! I had originally purchased this for a 3 week vacation where we would be flying across the country and doing lots of driving on the east coast. I thought it would be great to have a travel carseat for my 3 year old so I wouldnt have to lug around his huge every day seat. Luckily I tested it out before our trip. I ordered the small for my son who is 37 lbs and 41 and he was swimming in it. The metal clips that hold the seat belt into the harness came out 5 times during our 30 minute test drive. Also he kept unbuckling the actual seat belt because he had access to it (thats not a problem with this seat, but just a thought if you have a kid who might like to unbuckle on their own) The head rest was not good either, it would definitely not be safe for sleeping. On our drive home I actually sat in the back seat with him to make sure I could retuck in the seat belt when it slipped out of the metal clips. I would NOT RECOMMEND this car seat to anyone. Our experience was not good!

> 24 hourThis is more than I’d want to pay, but it’s so worth it! I love that I don’t have to carry a car seat when I travel. I just place this in my carry-on bag and I’m good to go. I also have it in my car on a regular basis so I don’t need to install a car seat when I shuttle my kiddo’s friends. My friend loved it so much, she bought one for each of her kids! My kiddo’s on the smaller side, so I felt a bit uncomfortable the first couple of times I used it. Other than that and the price, I’d recommend it.

> 24 hourWe have use this for a few years now every time we travel and absolutely love it. It makes the seatbelt fit and safe for our children - easy to travel with - Please follow the directions on how it’s supposed to fit to your child and in the seat

> 24 hourHighly recommend this for travel. Especially if you want to travel lighter without having to lug your childs car seat to the airport. I purchased two of these, one for my 5 year old and 6 year old. My 5 year old is small, 36 pounds and it fit him better than I expected. Its so compact and easy to carry. Both fit in my Beis Weekender Bag with room to spare so I love it! Only downside for my kids were, since they did not have their car seat, they werent high enough to see out the window. That was not an issue but it was a bit of a bummer. As far as safety, I was pleased. My husband slammed on the breaks when someone decided to turn out of nowhere, my kids were secured and fine. If you havent seen the video on how to use these buckles, make sure you secure the cars seat belt straps at the top by pulling it all the way then letting it retract so it isnt loose. I would not recommend using these for everyday, a car seat will always be safer. However, its a great alternative when traveling.

> 24 hourThis is a great option for parents who need to fit 3 children in the back of a small car and/or need a child safety restraint that can safely be used with just a lap belt and top tether. We have a 1997 Honda Civic which has only a lap belt in the rear center seat, so the travel vest is the perfect thing to fit between my twin daughters Britax Parkways because its narrow enough to fit and because it can be safely used with a lap belt and top tether. And since its very compact, I can just leave it tethered between the boosters so its ready whenever we need to transport another child. And if we need to transport another adult in the back seat, one of my daughters will use the vest instead of the booster and the adult can sit where the other booster normally sits. Also it doesnt have an expiration date so as long as its not involved in a crash, well be able to hand it down to another family after my daugthers outgrow it.

> 24 hourThe product generally looks good and in good quality. Only issue is that its unclear if Im supposed to receive the neck pillow. Some people say they received it while I did not. Wont return due to I need the vest.

> 24 hourIt is bigger than the sizes described. My son is on the minimum measurements for this size and it is too big for him, but it makes no sense to buy a size smaller. I will have to wait until he grows a bit to use it. It is a shame. It is very nice that it comes with a bag to carry it as a backpack.

> 24 hourIn a pinch, the rider vest works great. We have the smaller size and use it if absolutely necessary, like when you are traveling and don’t want to lug a huge car seat or rent one. The small size is fine and we’ve used it and honestly, it’s a pain to get in and out of but we’ve done it on two trips. Note that our child didn’t like it because they have to sit without any cushioning from a car seat. The large size is totally unnecessary. At that size, they can safely sit in a bottom only booster which is very easy to carry and which you can carry right into the plane as a carry on. No need for this clunky heavy vest that makes getting in the car a pain!

> 24 hourShe met all the requirements for age, height and weight etc but no matter how much I tried to tighten it...it was still loose. A great product otherwise just runs larger but the slimmer child. I would definitely recommend still but may need to downsize if your child is slimmer.
