RIGOR 11601 Universal Joint Swivel Socket Adapter Set | 3PCS, 1/2, 3/8, 1/4 Drive | CR-MO Impact Grade | Aluminum Storage Rail My husband works with his hands a lot, and he loves to have the right tool to use. He says the pinless design of these is pretty impressive and results in a compact swivel socket that has a constant torque regardless of the angle youre using. The swivel motion is uniform and fluid, especially after a few minutes of use to wear-in the swivel. Theyve got a hole on opposite sides of the socket that works with either a detent ball like on a socket wrench or spring-loaded pin like on a lot of impact wrenches. They are at least as good as similar pinless designs by better known manufacturers. Highly recommend.

These universal adaptors have been good to me and at a good price, I have used them on my milwaukee 2767 and my stubby with no problem and the still work great. I figured being as cheap as they are I would destroy them but they have surprised me will be recommending

These universal socket adapters are a great addition to my toolbox. They are durable and come in handy for those stubborn and hard to reach bolts. They are strong built and have held up on an impact wrench. I would recommend. Thank you for reading my review I hope that it was helpful to you.

Let me start off by saying - this review is in no way compensated by anyone, i did not get these for free, i did not get the price reimbursed for leaving a positive review, I broke my old craftsman 1/4 universal joint and went in search of something stronger. After some research i decided to get some pinless universal joints. These are advertised as being made in Taiwan, but there is no marking on the universal joints themselves. Quality seems solid compared to most of the big name brands out there. The detent hole is drilled all the way through the socket (See pic) which is nice compared to some that have it only drilled through 1 side. The detent ball is strong and the machining is well done. No rough edges. I dont have any way to measure the angle, but it looks on par with my other universal joints (its better than it looks like in the pic) The holder is aluminum with the yellow piece being plastic. I paid $20 for the set of them and given as the gearwrench was something like $45-50 for the same thing. Tekton doesnt offer a 1/4 and some of the other brands looked very bulky or were just as expensive as a name brand. The 1/2 seems a little less smooth than the other two, but it doesnt effect performance so i really dont care. They came well packaged in a bag inside a sturdy little box. Overall im happy with them. Ill update the review if i run into any issues later on.

The joints offer great expandability when loosening hard to reach bolts. Used with both ratchet and impact wrench with successful results. Fits well with other brands, I used Husky. Definitely recommend.

I have always used the regular old fashioned swivels and hate them even if not using an impact on them because they are just floppy and when tight angle the will bind up. These take care of that problem. They are nice and tight and do not bind up when at an angle. The spring loaded balls hold sockets fine and have not had any problems with these swivels as of yet but of course time will tell. Oh yeah the included aluminum rail is nice and well made. Usually I toss the included rail but this one is actually well made. Hope this helps and thanks..
