I like the quality of the sound and fast charging. Volume control works well and I can use the product during the charge without too much issue.

After spending over an hour with this in Tx mode... it was difficult to get sound from it when paired with headphones or earbuds. Very much a fail. Returning.

When using it with a TV, the lag time is like youre watching a foreign movie with dubbed in voices. Very annoying

First off the screen is nothing like shown in the ad. Its extremely low light, barely readable and poor resolution. A white LED shines upward to illuminate the screen and does a really poor job of it. In transmit mode the volume controls are disabled. I have to turn my TV volume up to 50 to hear almost normal volume. Normal TV internal speaker listening volume is 18-20. Frequency response is rather poor. This transmitter is clearly very low powered. And note that every time you connect headphones you have to pair them all over again. There is no device memory. Im going to charge the device longer and see if there is any difference thought I doubt that will make a difference. Ill likely return this RIOUSV Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver shortly.

Was hoping that it was not the case where there was a definitive, long - by normal audio, pause between source and bt connected headphones. Returning it.

I bought this Bluetooth transmitter/receiver to use with my iPod Classic so I can listen to music with a Bluetooth speaker. The transmitter I had suddenly stopped working after 1.5 years of great service. I ordered this one thinking it would be an upgrade. I WAS WRONG! This device caused terrible distortion and some dangerous bass feedback, (dangerous in that it could blow a speaker). Even at low volume level, and this unit doesnt offer much volume range anyway, the sound quality is terrible. Im returning it to Amazon.

I bought this to receive audio from my FireTV to the amplifier but theres a very silly feature that auto shuts off the device even when its plugged in which means you have to manually turn it back on every single time. Theres no way to disable it either so Im guessing they expected this to only be used as a portable device but seriously a big miss.

Attached to TV, red light illuminated, turned on as per directions and NO screen. Probably just a bad unit, but will be looking for another brand.
