My previous daily driver mouse was some $100 + wireless Razer something that just stopped working on day. In terms of ergonomics, weight, and general feel this was pretty close to the Razer so the change took less time to adjust too. It might be a bit light weight for some at first but you do get use to it. Kicker though is it also comes with a charging stand that has a USB pass through. Only issue Ive had is in 2.4ghz because Im using it with a KVM, and while it does work I think its a little much for the mouse. But I solved the issue by using it in 2.4 on one computer and in BT on the other so there are no more connectivity spikes.

Functionally this mouse works well. You can easily adjust the DPI with a button. The sensor is good when used on a mousepad. It’s plug and play and you’re off to the races. It works well and responds well in games. The side buttons feel a little cheap and hollow. They work, but there is a little mush when you push them. There are three ways to use the mouse: -Wired via the included USB-C cable. -With a small dongle wirelessly. -Bluetooth I primarily used it wirelessly using the small dongle. There is a charging dock for the mouse that has a USB-A port in the front that I plugged the dongle into. The charging dock has nice feet that hold it to your desk quite well. The bottom of the mouse has two gold contacts that you line up on the dock and it charges your mouse for you. The wireless dongle is stored in a compartment under the mouse. My biggest grievance with this mouse is that I can’t turn off the RGB or configure the buttons. The product listing page shows software to do this. The software URL from the manual doesn’t have the right software. It lists a bunch of other mice but not this one. The software URL on the product page on Amazon doesn’t link to the software, instead it’s some web page with an error message. Curiously when you use the mouse in bluetooth mode the RGB does turn off. I tested this using my Macbook. More on that, if you could somehow manage to find the software to configure the mouse, it appears it only works for Windows. You can’t configure the mouse on a Mac. Perhaps if you could find the software you could configure it on a PC and then plug it into a Mac. Overall the TM243 is a good basic gaming mouse. The lack of customization to turn off RGB is frustrating. The ability to use it via USB, with the wireless dongle, and via bluetooth makes it versatile. The side buttons make me worry about longevity. The bottom skates are acceptable for a budget mouse.

I wasnt expecting much from this mouse considering its low price point and it doesnt appear to have a brand name anywhere on it. I was blown away at how good this mouse is! The shape is very comfortable for my grip, and everything feels very solid. All of the clicks felt crisp and the scroll wheel works fine. The RGB looks nice as well, and the dock works perfect and sticks to the desk like glue. I prefer it even over my much more expensive Razer dock as the magnets in this mouse/dock are much stronger. I only have one minor issue with the mouse in that the sensor has a very high lift off distance. When I pick it up and set it down, it continues tracking and the cursor will move even if I just pick it up and set it down without moving it around. I found no way to be able to customize that, unfortunately as I could not find software for this mouse. The mouse tracks well otherwise and keeps up with even my fastest flicks. There was no lag, either. Other than the lift off distance, this mouse is basically perfect for me and is a steal for the price and features.

The button placement is right on and for a month its worked great. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of five is because it feels cheap. I am not confident that this mouse will last longer than a year. I hope I am proven wrong.
