> 3 dayMy daughter got a pair of these for her birthday last year and within a few months one of the skinny plastic pieces that connect the ear to the head part had broken. I didn’t bother with trying to return it because I was outside the return window at that point and was able to mend the damage myself...at least for a little while. She didn’t even have them a year when they broke completely (and this is with monitored and gentle use). I emailed the company and explained the situation, to which they said they could only offer a discount and not a replacement. We took the discount since we didn’t really have any other options. It’s been about a week and the EXACT SAME THING has happened with the new pair!!!

> 3 dayThis is a great headset for kids. Ive tried several kids headsets but the volume was always too low to hear anything with this headset its perfect but doesnt get too loud. Its small enough to fit my 4 year old but can get big enough to fit my head.
