The purchases was great. THE KIDS love it !

I previously Purchased 2 Headphones for my kids, 3 and 7, and ooooops one stopped working one one side and my 3 years old accidentally broke his. I contacted the company for assistance with the headphones, and I had a great representative from the Company by the name of Katy. She was very helpful with my situation, I had a choice of sending them back to the company or receive percentage off for purchasing new ones which would save me about a month of waiting for the repair. Of course, I chose the discount and I have them wrapped up already under the Christmas tree for my children. Thank you so much for the wonderful service Riwbox. Looking forward to purchase One more for myself.

Im an adult and I do not like to tight of head phones. Figured they would be tight because theyre for kids and so I bought some for my niece first and decided to buy myself some after I tried hers. Love the light up and they come with an aux cord which has inline to talk which is helpful if they die and you still need to use them.

Worked great for 4.5 months then the right ear piece and Bluetooth option stopped working. Contacted company for replacement since they’re under 1 year warranty. Within 1 week I had a replacement. Easy to contact company and fast response daily to help solve issue. I did have to pay the tax on the difference.

Used for my daughter to listen to music and hook up to her chromebook. Works great for both. It only does the light up part when hooked up to music. This is only made for smaller heads. Too small for our teen.
