I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

Im a mom of 5 and imagine how messy the house can be. Every since I bought the robot vacuum it made my life pretty easy and the results are great. I have more time to do other things than sweeping 5 times per day like I used to do before. Highly recommend it, especially for moms!!!

I am VERY new to robot vacuums and hadn’t even heard of robot mops. I saw this one coming with both and had to have it. For the price, I was completely blown away. It does, exactly what I need it to, even when I’m not home. It has had a few setbacks, but nothing I wasn’t already expecting. I have noticed it will get stuck on cords and not really have the maneuverability to get itself out of sticky situations. It is also a lot louder than I thought it would be for such a small robot, and the moping reservoir is a bit too small for a whole room. All in all, I don’t regret purchasing this product and will definitely keep up to date with the company’s latest tech.

For the value, it works pretty great. It is not as quiet as they claim but it is definitely quieter than turning on a vacuum. I have two dogs and this picks up all the dog hair. I dont like the mop feature. It didnt really work that well for me. So i dont use it anymore. But i do recommend. If you need something that will do a general job on those days that you dont want to work, this is exactly that

Jerry (yes I named him) did an admirable job keeping up with the discharge from Gordon and Steven, my two Huskies on the hardwood surfaces of the house worked well for 6 months, but has been getting stuck in feedback loops (cleaning the same spot until I move him) and then just quit working. I suppose you get what you pay for, and at under $200 it was a good venture into the market. I will probably upgrade to a more robust and bigger capacity model. The mopping is not very useful or efficient, pretty much unessesary addition to this robot.

This robot, vacuum mop combination is really worth it. I have an all ceramic floor tile house, and this baby has saved me the cost and the hassle of using a cleaning company for the cleaning I hate and won’t do as often as I should. I use the mop feature, particularly on my high-use bathroom and kitchen floors and concentrate on vacuuming other living areas. I love how smoothly it maneuvers around my tables and chairs, and especially like how easy it is to clean after use. I’m currently experimenting on how it will operate and navigate space independently if I leave bedroom and bathroom doors open for cleaning. I also want to see how long and effectively it will operate for full out whole house floor cleaning without a charge. Now why can’t they make a robot like a drone to do my dusting and furniture cleaning like this baby. Bottom line! Excellent value for money.

The battery on this vacuum is great! I left it running for over 3 hrs and I think it could have kept going. The suction and mop features arent agressive enough for deep cleaning, but it does a great job surface cleaning and allowing for a bit more time in-between deep cleans.

This definitely saves on cleaning time, and helps maintain the pet hair! You can set up the app that correlates with the vaccum to customize the usage. The app helps manage the time, or even spot clean with the mop section of the vaccum. The app also reminds you that you need to clean out the filter or add more water to mop portion. The charger and vaccum also have the option where it will link up to the charger with one hit of a button, and the vaccum with be able to put itself on the charger which can be convenient.

Suction power is efficient and pretty much cleans the floor making it almost spotless. I also was amazed by the mopping mechanism. I was skeptical at first for an automated vacuum to perform the same work as I myself can do with a mop. It is convenient and fairly easy to setup. Simply download the app and connect to WiFi and you have a connection between your smartphone and the vacuum. The application allows you to choose different settings to adjust the cleaning power as you see fit or need. I would recommend this as it is also self-automated when you program it to a time it follows that right on schedule, so just ensure barriers are in place in any area that you do not want it to go as it will suck up anything especially wires or anything that are protruding in its path so that would be the only thing.
