> 3 dayI ordered this one because it was affordable and had all the items I needed. It’s easy to carry and set up. My 11 yr old goes with me and she is able to set it up as well. I have a small dog I’m able to put on the board as well and it is stable. I also liked the option of a kayaks seat attachment and it comes with a kayak paddle Highly recommend

Greater than one weekWe purchased two ROC Scouts a month ago because the pandemic is keeping us close to home and we wanted to explore local lakes. We already had a kayak and wanted something different that both the adults and kids would enjoy. Having no SUP experience, I decided on these after reading a lot of reviews and checking out different beginner brands. ROC was rated highly for stability and quality, and I thought the color schemes were cool. Now, after a month of going out on the water every chance I get (several times per week), I can say that the ROC Scouts TOTALLY ROCK!! They are high-quality and come ready to go right out of the box. Everything you need is included, and the boards roll right up for easy transport. The pump is easy to use and it inflates pretty quickly. I dont have a ton of upper body strength, but I am able to get the board up to the minimum 10psi without too much effort (though after a few weeks I splurged and bought the electric pump from ROC. It is worth every penny). I am 54 and, like I said, not super strong on top, but I find the boards light and easy to carry. When youre done, the boards deflate quickly. After a quick wipe down to dry them off, they are ready for storage in the convenient backpack that comes with the kit. The board itself, with its wide, non-slip surface, is stable and perfect for beginners. My 15-year-old and 10-year-old love it! They were able to hop right on and use the boards safely on their own. The 10-year-old gets a little tired after a while, but he likes to ride on the front while I paddle. The 15-year-old loves to meditate and find inner peace once she finds a safe spot on the lake (and we watch to make sure she doesnt float away). Weve taken them around to several local lakes and find that the Scouts remain stable in different wind conditions (nothing too crazy! Remember, we are beginners. Conditions range from zero wind and glassy lakes, to higher winds with small waves). Weve had so much fun exploring our area in new ways. My daughter, who is doing remote elearning, can count her time on the SUP for her PE. And the SUP can get you into places where larger boats cant always go. For example, I took my dinosaur-loving son along the shoreline of a lake to spot fossils and look at the different layers of rock. He loved it! Now that fall weather is here, were a little sad to put them away but were excited for next summer when we can take them out again!

> 3 dayThese boards are amazing. We are beginners and these are exactly what we were looking for. They are easy to inflate, easy to carry or transport, and stable on the water. The accessories that it comes with are great too. The boards fit in the bag easily, and the waterproof bag works perfectly. I’ve already had a friend purchase ones for themselves too. We’ve used these on both fresh and salt water with great success!

Greater than one weekWe enjoyed our first ROC so much that we purchased a second one and we love them. The product is fantastic and easy to handle. Very stable and able to support multiple people when needed. The rubber surface is great for our dogs.

> 3 dayThis is our third time taking these to the lake. They are so much fun. I was especially impressed with how easy they are to both inflate and deflate. They fit perfectly back into the backpacks, you don’t have to force them. They are light and easy to carry. I purchased an electric pump to inflate them, but honestly the hand pumps are fine and not overly difficult.

> 3 dayBought this since the summer plans were changed with limited travel during the pandemic. I’ve used it every weekend since and couldn’t recommend it more. 6 weeks in and 6 trips, different locations. I’ve taken it on rivers and lakes and knocked it around. High quality, sturdy, fit two in my Jettas trunk. Would buy it all over again in a second!

> 3 dayTook her out for the first time and had a blast on the lake. Beautiful day, calm water. Easy to inflate manually (with help from my husband, would love the car accessory pump too) and so easy to carry/maneuver love that its so light. Felt stable on the water too. Couldnt believe how easy it was to deflate and roll up to put back in carry bag. Looking forward to many more early mornings and evening paddles on the water this summer!

> 3 dayWe purchased 2 ROC stand up paddle boards, and both have been great. Everything you need to start paddle boarding is included (except for personal flotation devices). The included carrying pack is the perfect size for transporting everything, even considering the fact that things like tents and inflatables never seem to pack down to the same size they were when new. The paddle boards themselves appear to be well constructed, and are quite stable in the water. My wife and I use these boards solo, though they can also accommodate one parent plus our 10 year old daughter, or both of our twin 13 year old boys (approx 125lbs each). They have held up well thus far this Summer under frequent use, and time will tell how durable they end up being, though at this point I dont have any concerns. My only minor complaint is that the included pump has a relatively small, unstable base that makes pumping a little harder, especially when your arms are tired and youre struggling with the last few PSI.
