Using it to power 2x JL Audio 8s in sealed, under seat cab in F150. More than enough power. Deep, full, high quality bass response. The remote is a nice touch...makes set up and fine tuning easier.

Easy to adjust. Great sound quality. It added so much punch and adjustability to my subwoofer. Love the bass knob. I can adjust it to each song much more easily than in the radio settings. The bass is freaking awesome! Everyone knows when Im almost home.

I bought the Prime R2-250X1 after comparing it to the Prime R500X1D. Yes, the RMS ratings of 250w compared to 500w at 2ohm is a big difference, however my setup is a single Infinity 10 2ohm in a sealed box so either amp would have worked great. I ended up going with the R2 as I wanted the C.L.E.A.N. gain functionality (was extremely easy to setup) and beefier heatsink/case of the R2 series plus the original R500X1D is hard to find now.
