ROCKOUT rocker shaft inserts

I installed these on my 2014 Street Glide. Wow what a difference! These significantly decreased the amount of top end noise. *Disclamer* I am not a mechanic and probably could not even qualify as a backyard mechanic. However the install was pretty easy...the hardest part for me was finding base circle or top dead center on my engine. After talking with a couple mechanics at the Harley dealership...I cheated a little on the install. I just took off the rocker cover, removed the rocker bolt, put the shim in, then torqued back down to spec. Installing the shim didnt take long at all.

These inserts are the answer to that elusive tapping in the valve train. You wont be disappointed, just relieved you ended that annoying noise

I installed these today and road tested, they work! Valve train noise ticking almost eliminated completely. I hope it lasts. I was first not happy about no alignment tool but it is not needed if you look down with a flashlight to make sure it is aligned. If you hate that high pitch tick between 2-3000 rpm install these today! Oh by the way I did this in my 2016 Harley Road Glide.

This works great.. took me about 3 hrs and thats because I took my time and cleared everything under the tank.. I have cams and s&s. Pushrods. Before this kit I thought there was a washer just bouncing around in the rocker cover...

Worked awesome and would definitely recommend these to anybody with that Harley tick! Quieted my motor down tremendously! 2002 Electra Glide!
