> 3 dayAfter doing quite a bit of research on this type of product I decided to buy this set of straps for my boyfriends birthday. He got to use them exactly 1 time because the plastic clasp broke. Useless.

> 3 dayThese straps are fantastic! I had no idea they existed until I saw them on a motorcycle forum. I ordered a set of these as well as a smaller set and use them both to strap my travel bags and camping gear to the FJR. We also use them to strap camping gear to the top of our SUV and they perform flawlessly. Pros: 1.They have loop through ends that will not scratch your paint or unhook when loosened. No S hooks to scratch things. 2. The strap is very well made, will prob last a long time. 3. The elastic section in the strap keeps pressure on the strap when cinched down so whatever is under it will not move. Cons: 1. I only order one set...Im about to fix that!

> 3 dayOn many long road trips, I never could get my motorcycle bags properly secured with stock rubber hook cords. The ROK cords work exactly as advertised since I got them around 20k motorcycle miles ago-therefore the 5 stars. The large 60 size is just right for my 60-liter wet bag that would always shift around without the ROK cords. No worries about scratches on the plastic since these tie downs do not have metal hooks.

Greater than one weekUsed these straps to secure dry bag on my motorcycle.. one strap failed at the clip today. My bag fell off my bike and caused items inside serious damage, including a cracked phone screen. Beware...

> 3 dayRokstraps are the best for securing items on your bike. They look positive and secure safely to parts on the frame. Far superior to simple bungee cords and tend to come loose all the time.

> 3 daythese are great for strapping down my round luggage bag, the loops dont scratch the chrome and they cinch down tighter than any bungee alone.

> 3 dayStruggled with standard straps on a recent motorcycle trip because the straps were either difficult to cinch down or they loosened up over time. The straps allow you to put enough tension on the item(s) to keep them in place but they dont require crushing them to be sure that they cant loosen.

> 3 dayBought these for a long trip. Approx 6,000 miles of all terrain: dirt/gravel/paved/sand. Held up with no issues or signs of failure over 35 days cross country in all weather and temperatures. If I could use more, I’d buy them without hesitation. I bought them over a year ago and they’re still going strong.
