Compressor works perfect now. Old one was just to wore out to adjust properly. Set to correct pressure settings at factory. Took 5 minutes to change. Enough said.

My compressor bit the dust... I replaced this part, the regulator, oil, air filter, spark plug, muffler, two pressure gauges ... and everything is purring again!

Just what I needed for the repair on my Rolair compressor. Old unit was,cutting in at correct pressure, but I noticed the safety relief valve kept blowing off excess pressure and valve would only cut out occasionally, which caused compressor to run at high rpm constantly. I used old compression fittings, just swapped out old unit. Took about 15 min and was back in service. Once installed worked great and to date no issue. Extremely happy with valve and service. Just make sure cut in pressure and cut out pressures are same as factory. There are a lot of units available with differing pressures. Thanks Amazon.

Works well, was fairly straightforward to adjust to my desired settings. This compressor is used to fill a 200 gallon stationary bulk tank as needed, and runs for relatively short periods of time about once a week. This valve has performed flawlessly in the time weve been using it.
