Great product , but wish it was a little cheaper

I definitely love this printer! Its amazing. Literally saves me soo much time and hassle! I imagine it will also save the cost of ink as well over time. But, I will admit that it was very hard to set up. I followed the instructions from the website, and the printer light was red not green when I fed the labels through. I called and chat with Rollo customer support and followed all the instructions to Fix it and it still didnt work. I finally asked my husband who is very good with technology to help. It took him over an hour to get it to work after watching several youtube videos. So, I love the product, but to give a fair review, I felt I needed to mention that part!

There are a lot of negative reviews (bad shipping, technical issues with printing itself) but none of these can be blamed on the product. Shipping damage happens and if you don’t set up the printer on your computer correctly, you will have issues printing. The test image from Rollo is a high quality PDF and prints flawlessly. The prints from Shopify aren’t as high quality as the sample label, but with a little tweaking it’s acceptable.

You can roll a Rollo to your pal...its chocolate covered candy...caraaaamel....

Are use these with my Rollo printer for my small business which I ship approximately 150 to 200 packages a week. I have never had a problem with these labels

These labels are awful, at first, I thought it was just an issue with my printer but then realize it started right after I got these labels. After every label I print, the red light flashes. The labels are off-center and look terrible. Customers have been complaining about how unprofessional it looks. Please save yourself and buy different labels.

Very good quality labels. Would recommend this brand over others. Prints crisp letters and my printer hasn’t had any backups with the paper. Flawless. Will buy again and very reasonably priced for the quality.

This printer struggles to do the one thing it was designed to do; print 4x6 shipping labels. I have been using Zebra printers for about a decade to print my shipping labels and recently decided to buy a Rollo for my home office. I have been using Rollo for a few weeks now and what initially was excitement upon receipt, has quickly dissipated into frustration. I have the Rollo, Rollo 4x6 labels and the Rollo label holder. Every single label that I print results in a red flashing light. I open the printer to reset the label and it will automatically print again, skipping a shipping label in the process and reprinting the already printed label that was deemed incorrectly printed. Even after carefully resetting the label, I will then close the unit again, just for it to reprint and show another flashing red light. Every time I try and ship ONE label, the printer will run through and waste a minimum of 3-5 labels or more in some cases. In the instructions, it states a flashing red light is the Rollo printer attempting to Learn the shipping label, but that is nonsense. Not only are 4x6 shipping labels universal, but I am using Rollo branded shipping labels and its been 3 weeks learning, so this should not be an issue. This issue is happening as I carefully print out shipping labels one by one making sure the label is perfectly aligned with the printer, but there has been no adjustments that I have found to work after struggling with this issue for 3 weeks now. I can not imagine the issues I would run into if I were printing labels in bulk. I am not sure if I have a faulty unit, but I do know Ive never had a Zebra printer give me this much issue.

Had trouble setting this up and called the 800 number. It went to a voicemail system and I didnt leave a message, but I got a call back anyway in 10 minutes and the lady stayed on the phone with me until the set up was done. It was user error, but she was very patient with me and even showed me some tricks to help things run smoother that werent related to my original problem. I dont write many review, but Rollo has earned my business!

Something is different with these labels. My rollo printer doesn’t like them and keeps spitting out blank labels and flashes red. I open it up and reinsert the paper and it only prints a couple labels and more blanks. I repeat this process and it prints duplicates of labels I don’t need. This wastes labels and my time! I don’t have time to play with this printer paper. The back of the paper doesn’t say rollo like last time either. The color is not as white as the labels that came with the machine. I’m just frustrated to say the least!
