Junk plastic cover broke from housing within 30 days

I purchased these for a trailer I am restoring and they wont fit back into the holes that I removed a set of Trucklite lights from. Theres something out of tolerance with the grommets or the lights themselves. Used any kind of lube that you would find in a shop and even tried soaking them in hot water. Any kind of force used to push the lights into them cracks the lenses. I have always used Maxxima in the past and will be going back to them. Only have one light left out of the four that hasnt broken and Ill be throwing it in the trash. For the record: this trailer was built with 6 oval tail lights, these arent a new installation so theres nothing wrong with the holes.
