Greater than one weekItem arrived ahead of schedule and was very good quality. Shipper did an outstanding job and I would recommend both and will deal with the shipper more in the future.

> 3 dayThis software has crashed my system so many times, I actually bought a new computer thinking it was my system, and of course their tech support strongly suggested it was a system issue. And that supports costs me $25 dollars, per issue. Some issuse I think were related, such as my system crashing and their software failing writes, were charged seperately. Add the new computer and you have $1,075 wasted. And even when it did work, I would have 4 out of 10 writes fail on me. They kept pointing to the recorder. Well, after months of this BS, I did a fresh install from the recovery disk on my new computer and installed another software program. Nero 6.6, and since then I have not had a single system crash, 60 out of 60 succesful writes, and a program that is full feature and WORKS as they advertise. No more crap for me, and no more wasted calls to Support. Or should I say Lack-Of-Support!!

Greater than one weekI had an earlier version of Easy CD Creator on another computer, with music files already stored. Roxio, since acquiring the product from Adaptec, no longer supports the old format -- which would have been good information to know BEFORE THE PURCHASE! I already had Nero and would not have purchased this software if they had been forthcoming and stated that information on a disclaimer.

> 3 dayI bought this software from one of the large warehouse stores in the area two years ago. Used it for mp3s,vcds,dvd slideshows. Worked fine. Just purchased a usb turntable to convert my vinyl to mp3 and cd, went to load easy cd & dvd and I get this message : trial version has expired. I was unaware that this was a trial version because nowhere on the box does it say trial version.I am very disappointed.

Greater than one weekI purchased this program for a mere [...] dollars, but it came with a twenty dollar store rebate (which I have not received yet) All told it should only cost me ten dollars. That is a good thing since that is all its worth. The good news for me: 1. It is simple to use and provides an easy way to burn and copy CDs 2. It does have a simple sound editor 3. It does provide an easy to use way to convert old LPs to digital files The bad news: The label portion of the program is almost totally useless! I have not found a way to import song titles. You cant change the font color. When you try to print out a CD jacket, it prints it way to big to fit in a CD case. Combine this with an awkward interface and its junk. NOW FOR THE REALLY BAD NEWS: ROXIO SUPPORT IS DREADFUL! NOT SURE ID WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON THE EXPENSIVE PROGRAM BASED ON MY EXPERIENCES.

> 3 dayI really like the Roxio Easy CD & DVD program. It is great and easy to do when I need it. My sister told me about Roxio when I was in Iowa. When I got back to CA.I ordered it. So glad I did.

Greater than one weekUpdated Review on newer version (deleted older one) As far as I know, the latest (and probably last) version of Roxio Easy CD & DVD was Version 14.0.49.2. The version number is absent from product pages as to what version is now available which is very misleading. Even the Roxio forums are no help. Ive used Version 14 on Windows 7 and 8.1, the latter Im still using. I tried Windows 10, but promptly got rid of it when some of my programs would not run so I dont know if it worked in that version of Windows. I only use Roxio for backing up files even though it also has other programs for making music and video discs. For me it is enough. The only problem I have had is that theres a file in Roxio that interferes with a file in my Legacy Family Tree software so I get a prompt to install Roxio. This might be an incompatibility issue with Roxio because I dont have that problem with other software however it still performs backups without any issues. Im updating my grading of this version and not any of the previous versions. It was only about $20 so I couldnt expect anything more. If you want something to duplicate copyrighted material then youre looking in the wrong place.

> 3 dayI like this. It is easy to use. We frequently make everything on the old computer and it was refreshing not to have to go through a big, long, unnecessary activation process.

> 3 dayI just needed software to make copies of music CD s that I had burned from some old LP records...Staples had it for $30 and I had a $10 coupon so figured I was in business...not so much...I installed it (Windows 7 Office) and when I tried to copy a disc, I got a not responding message followers by an error message with the disc being ejected ... Filed a report with tech support and to their credit, got back a detailed e-mail back with about 5 paragraphs of things to do to fix it (almost beyond my technical capacity, but got through it step by step) Re-installed it with high hopes only to have it do exactly the same thing ... THEN I discovered that there is a Windows app on my computer that does all that anyway .. bottom line is I am out $20 as far as I can tell at this point
