Rubbermaid FastTrack Garage Storage Utility Hooks, 5 Piece, All in One Rail Hook Kit and Tool Organizer, Heavy Duty for Wall/Shed/Garden

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get organized. Sturdy, strong and made from high quality materials.

I bought a number of Rubbermaid FastTrack system pieces to help organize my garage. This kit contained a number of useful hooks and was a better value than buying them piecemeal at a hardware store. Installing the FastTrack system is very easy if you have exposed studs. Simply run a level along the studs at the height required and then use wood screws at every stud. With a wood screw every sixteen inches, I have no issues hanging full size mountain bikes at intervals along the track. A few cons: 1) the plastic covers for the tracks slide freely to the sides. You cannot fix them in place unless you glue them and then theyre stuck in place. Rubbermaid should remedy this by providing a means to clamp them in a fixed position. 2) the rails come in sizes that dont play perfectly with 16 stud increments. You always wend up with an end of the track hanging over the edge of the stud. Also, they dont have a means of connecting two adjoining rails to make a continuous run of track. You can butt the two edges together and it works, but theyve provided no means to connect them with hardware for added stability and strength. Those two issues aside, the FastTrack system works great and has freed up a lot of space in my garage. With our bikes, rakes, shovels, and other miscellaneous items mounted off the garage floor, it makes the area feel more spacious and allows us to park two cars inside without it feeling cramped.

Good product! Impressed with the amount of items it can support. I have shovels, rakes, and other hand tools hanging from the fast track along with 3 weedeaters.

This is a great system,easy to install and the hangers can be placed where you need by sliding or quick unatach and place elsewhere.It gave my garage more space and makes it easy to find stuff.I recommend buying your own anchors,the ones provided are crap,i purchased the drywall anchors that are rated for 50 pds and used 8 of them on each section,holds my electric grinder,anvil vise attached to a 2x6 board which i placed tool sets and whatever on making a lot of weight,holds it up well.This is a great system

Well made and provides strong support for items that I hung.

Off all the wall storage systems I have found, this seemed the most decent. The system is readily available online and in most home centers. The track in this kit is a bit on the short side but I picked up more track at Lowes for $10. Getting the hooks and accessories can be a bit pricey but easy of adjustability is great when things need to be shuffled around.

I wanted to like this system. Seems nice and adaptable. But whoever designed it, did not write their own instructions.... My studs are 16” and the instructions say each 32” rail must hit 3 and definitely on the ends... Only the rail is exactly 32” long and the mounting holes are recessed. So there is no physical way to hit the studs. Makes no sense.

This is a nice organization system. Its easy to install, quite heavy duty, and most garage items hang nicely. But like another reviewer has stated, Rubbermaid makes only a limited number of hooks/hangers, and many of them are over-kill for many light uses. That makes this kit worth considering, as it is the only way one can purchase small single hangers! In my case, I already have my system installed and only needed a few individual hooks (not the big double ones), so the kit is more than I wanted/needed. So now I have a leaf blower with a curved handle that really doesnt fit any of the available hangers! That in my opinion is a real limitation, and its the reason Im giving this only three stars. By the way, the long rail I bought at Home Depot has installation holes every inch, which is a nice feature, and quite different from some rails reviewed here.

Exactly what I needed. Sturdy, well built, easy to install. Recommend you put screws in both top and bottom track for extra holding power. Tool holders included in this kit are good quality. Only knock, they should include end caps to finish off the rail at each end for a more finished look

I really like the Rubbermaid Fasttrack system. It has made my garage organization much easier and eliminates clutter by getting most things off of the floor. This set is the only way to purchase single hooks for use (Rubbermaid only sells single hooks as part of this set), so I knocked off a star. But other than that, no complaints. Its a great system.
