Balloons came without instruction but it’s pretty self explanatory so I don’t find that an issue. You just blow them up and stick them on the ribbon with the cut out holes. My only issue is the small black ones are nearly impossible to blow up, even the electric balloon filler couldn’t do it. It didn’t impact the final result not using them, the balloons turned out beautiful and received lots of compliments. A set like this from a local store assembled for you would be well Over $250. Great value if you can put the time in yourself.

The gold isnt really metallic but just a gold color. Horrible film on balloons that leave bad taste in mouth and on lips if manually blown up.

Really easy to assemble great quality

The balloons had a weird powder on it and I had a hand full of them pop during inflation. The garland supplies were nice and complete.
