UPDATE: my little one is 18 months now (about 33” and 26.5 lbs) and we just reordered this swimsuit again for this summer. She fits this swimsuit in 3T with a tiny bit of room to spare. She normally wears a 2t in clothes (target, walmart, carter’s) with a good amount of room to spare. Order one size up at least. Very cute and great quality but runs small! Our almost 8 month old is 19 lbs and about 28” long and the 12-18 month swimsuit fit but there isn’t much room to grow at all!

Update: This company is amazing with their customer service. They reached out to me to exchange the seesucker bathing suit for a different material!!! I do not recommend this particular style, it is completely see through when its wet. I am a huge ruffle butt bathing suit fan and have 4 different ones in the other material and absolutely love them. If she hadnt already worn this one I would be exchanging it.

Overall, LOVE the suit and cant wait for my little one to be in it this summer! I did end up going up a size because I want her to wear it all summer and it seemed a little too snug originally (and shes pretty petite for her age). I need to get her a second suit and would totally purchase RuffleButts again!

Purchased for our trip to the Great Wolf Lodge. Seriously the cutest bathing suit ever. Fit my 2 yr old wonderfully with some room for summer too. Cant beat these swim suits needing to change a diaper or quick potty break!

Super cute and a great amount of coverage for my little fair-skinned bug. She is a very slender 18 month old and fit the 2T size perfectly...which means it runs small. She is typically 12 or 18 month sized. But all in all very happy with this purchase!

Was looking for good quality snap crotch (ease of diaper change) swimsuit for toddler. This swimsuit can double as a romper. Fit is true to size 2T. Fabric is soft and light weight. Well constructed.
