> 24 hourI love the color and the size so much! Sadly, my umbrella is broken. Today was the first rainy day since I bought it and I was so excited to use it. However, it doesn’t stay open. I don’t know if the spring is busted Ora piece is missing… All I know is that it won’t stay open. This umbrella wasn’t cheap so I am very unhappy :-(

> 24 hourThis is a nice mid-level j-hook umbrella. It isnt as heavy as some competitors and isnt quite as built-to-last, however, it is quite good and will last a couple of years, which may be all you are looking for. The umbrella seems to handle light wind, but not heavy wind, and is easy to open and close and to hold up, because it is not as heavy. Good luck finding what will work for your needs. For a mid-level long j-hook umbrella, this is a good contender.

> 24 hourOn the plus side the purple color is beautiful. Thats the end of the pluses. Its so flimsy and appears to be cheaply made. It doesnt stand up to a mild breeze I cant imagine how it would fair in a moderate wind. The handle is very cheap plastic which came damaged in my case. Its extremely slippery and difficult to hold on to. Quality wise , sadly, I would compare it to something you would find at a dollar store. Its not remotely worth the price point. I would hesitate to spend $10 on this let alone $34. Ill be returning this asap. I cannot recommend this.

> 24 hourFiberglass frame which can take abuse & perhaps flipping from wind; not tested. Medium-large size overall. Total length 35 1/4; from tip to tip directly across 44, arc across excluding point 51. Very light weight. Single layer of synthetic fabric. Concealed push button automatic opening, slim matching color plastic J handle. Color matching plastic tip. Nice matching fabric case with pull tape & toggle closure. Strap to hold umbrella closed is a snap, Velcro is far better. Very nice, light weight overall, fairly large umbrella. Much above average.

> 24 hourSturdy, opens and closes easily. Big enough for two in a pinch without being obnoxiously large. Works well in a city!

> 24 hourThis is a large, traditional-style umbrella, a throwback to the kind my grandparents had, but much better. It comes with a case which has an adjustable strap, so its easy to sling over your shoulder, and the case closes with an adjustable buckle. The automatic opening functions smoothly and it stands up to 10-15 mph winds well, and the J-hook handle makes it easy to keep hold of in windy conditions. Its effective at keeping off the rain and doesnt drip on your clothes the way that smaller umbrellas do. The description says it is rated for UV 50, and it comes with a UV test card, and best of all, it has a three-year warranty, no return required. I would normally never buy an umbrella this expensive, but in harsh conditions like Texas has, Im glad I got this!

> 24 hourThe umbrella is solidly made, I dont have any worries about it being compromised by a strong wind. The plastic handle makes it look a little cheap, but thats the only negative thing I can say about it. Definitely looks like it will last a while
