We all wear these bracelets - me included - and I tell them, when you’re feeling a little nervous or scared, give it some love. God will send it to me, I will give it love back, and He will send it back to you. Makes the days so much smoother. They always come home and tell me when they gave it love, or I tell them I felt the love they gave it that day- before prompted. We wear them throughout the year too when the separation anxiety kicks back in. Literally life saving.

I have been wearing 2 at a time and havent taken them off in weeks. I love that they are silicone and I can wear them in the shower and sweating at the gym. I thought my pack came with black, which I would have liked, but it was actually a dark gray. I also wish I had a friend with an XS wrist so I could share the rest of my pack...almost like a friendship bracelet. :)
