I used 2 of the hooks for hanging my hammock and have two in reserve in case I lose any.

Hint - needed to spread the opening about 1/4 inch. Hooked one end of “S” around the nail remover claws of two claw hammers and pressed down on a work table. The massive leverage opened up the S on these tough hooks quite nicely.

I expected a looser hook that could potentially attach to most surfaces.

I wanted to use them to attached swings but they were too open and too sturdy for us too bend. So now they are used for hanging plants.

These are made from 7.5mm (.295) stock. Not 9.3mm (.370) as indicated.

I use them for hanging fairy light mason jars outside in the summer. Theyre sturdy and perfect size. Had to buy them thru Amazon (thank you!) because Lowes and Home Depot had some weirdo hooks where the item would slip off during a windy day.
