> 3 dayI know almost nothing about ssds and heatsinks, save that I needed them both. After some looking around this one had great reviews and other people were using it exactly like I was (for PS5 with a Samsung 980 Pro 2tb ssd). I was nervous about breaking something, but the instructions were super straightforward, and Im PRETTY SURE Ive done it right. The only thing is that theres no adhesive on the thermal pads, which my limited research shows is usually the case, and its hard to tell whether or not its fully in contact with the drive. It seems to be fine though, especially for the price I paid. Will update if everything explodes or melts.

24-11-20247100+ (seq read) 5400+ (seq write) in C.Diskm*rk, what else do you need to know? No heat throttling after 5 weeks. Expensive, but since Ill get the performance for the entire life of the drive, worth it!

> 3 dayIts easy to install and the mass alone makes you feel confortable that is going to cool the SSD properly. I cant test the cooler myself, so I would encourage people to look for reviews online that can do a proper job at it, but if you only want to know if its worth it or not, dont worry, its totally worth it. One little thing to note is that when you insert the SSD and put down the Sabrent cooler, it will resist a little bit, but its normal, so dont worry about it too much if you decided to buy this.

> 3 dayUsed a Fujipoly Ultra heat pad with my motherboard heatsink. Dont buy the add on heatsink if you have a high end board because youll have to leave the cover off of your m.2 and it looks horrible.
