Just what I was looking for.

While these discs are nicely priced they do not stay adhered to my disc sander. Every time I go to use it I have to reorient the disc and press it back into place.

Well so far all I can say is very good I cleaned the plate really really good I read guys saying they fell off I am not having that problem 5 thumbs up for the price cant go wrong
