Got the product at a discount for my girlfriends birthday. She absolutely loved it. Sounds great, works just fine. The only problem is that the mouse randomly stopped working, and when reaching out to customer service it took them a while to respond. But eventually got back to me within 2-3 weeks with only 1 follow-up message. Probably just got a faulty mouse, but they replaced it with no problem and very quickly too. The new mouse works perfectly and we are extremely satisfied :)

I absolutely love this keyboard, let me start by saying that! It feels great, it looks great, I love it. However, a few keys are not mapped correctly. Ive confirmed that the Language setting for my computer is English - US. Im hoping that posting this comment here, the seller will see and send me instructions on how to fix! Or a keyboard that is mapped to English - US settings. Thanks! :) PS - HIGHLY recommend this keyboard, it is awesome!

(UPDATE) I bought this keyboard about 4 months ago. The color on the keys has begun to wear, and the space bar has stopped working properly. It now makes an annoying broken clicky noise every time I use it. Disappointing, because the reviews were pretty good. I use this keyboard consistently (about 6-8 hours daily) and after about a month, the paint on the keys started to wear. I didnt care much about color anyway, so its not a big deal for me, but to those into the aesthetic of it, know that it wont last with moderately heavy daily use. It is comfortable though, and I love the sound it makes. If it freezes up on you when you try to wake it up, just unplug and plug back in the USB.

Love the color and it works great

This keyboard is legit nice. The feel of the springs is awesome and its got a nice height and feel. The keys are also above the board and no recessed like most. Meaning cleaning it is really just as simple as taking an air can and spraying it unless you spill. Even without factoring in the money Id highly recommend. The only con is I wish you could further customize the backlights. Really all you can do is dim, turn off, or it will cycle. No customizable colors so what you see in the pictures is what you get. The mouse is decent but not really great. No software to customize buttons or colors or really anything. Plus the polling rate is locked at 125 hz. But when factoring the price and the amazing keyboard you get cant really complain. I did upgrade though.

Too bad it’s chipping already. I’ve only had this for a month. They keys are so great for typing though and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. 2 of my coworkers bought them in different colors. Hopefully theirs doesn’t chip.

its a very good keyboard i like it a lot its very loud though when typing and some of the keys arent what they are like shift 2 is supposed to be a at symobol but its not its that symbol and some of the shft symbols are like that so its kind of confusing other then that its a very good keyboard

I was on the fence due to the price point, but I read the reviews and was looking for a beginner gaming keyboard and mouse. The keys are raised so that threw me off guard but I shouldve known better, lol. I would recommend this set if youre looking for something reliable and cost efficient. Ive had it for a month now and still works great, use it daily.

I bought this in pink for my home office. I love the round buttons. It is not a quiet keyboard if that is what you are looking for though.
