Am so glad I have these in my car, one on each side. I hope I never need them, but feel more secure knowing they’re there. Seem sturdy & easy to handle. I chose bright orange so they’d stand out. I consider these “insurance”.

These little life savers tools are very well built. The pointed side it’s really meant to break the glass. The bright color will be helpful in the event of an accident , to locate it (hopefully never happens). However, it would be much better if it came with a strap to hang it from the visor or to attach it to somewhere since in case of an accident everything can move around and you will need this tool handy.

I got these to keep in my car and my husbands truck, you never know if youd need it. There is a seat belt cutter tool and a window breaker piece on the ends. This feels sturdy and I like that you get 2 in the pack. We did test the glass breaker portion on an old piece of windshield my husband was getting rid of it and it worked very well on it to shatter it. These are good and useful stocking stuffers or for any driver in your life.

This tool is a must in each car and makes you feel better. Its very important tool for emergency and accidents. Compact and convenient, easy to carry and use with its cool design.

Having this in my car gives me peace of mind. I know that I will have a way to escape if I need. The grip is great on this. The color is bright so it will be easy to find in an emergency.

without having something to test with, this will be an anecdotal review at best so please keep that in mind. these are sturdy and appear to be able to do the job of breaking glass and cutting through a seat belt. the device comes with a rubbery guard to protect the business end of the glass-breaker. thats a big plus cause its essentially a specialized hammer and as such, has some mass. my feeling is that it would be sufficient to do the job. . . . lets hope none of us ever have to use it.

So happy to have this little tool after seeing a story about a driver not able to exit his vehicle after a crash. This is sturdy, easy to grip, and compact. It fits easily tucked away in any of my trucks compartments. I picked neon green so the color would stand out from other items. I see that the tool can be opened to replace or sharpen the blade. I havent broken a car window or slashed the seatbelt yet, but the blade easily went through my test rope and the tool looks like it will easily break glass.

Blade is nice and sharp but very well recessed so you dont have to worry about accidentally slicing your fingers. Hammer point is also nice and sharp, but comes with a cover to protect you from injury.
