Removed too much calk had to add more and just use my finger

First thing I did when I got it was tried to change the white triangle and one of the clips that holds it broke immediately. It feels very light and flimsy. Its all plastic and is very light and feels cheap. The quality is definitely not worth the price, I wouldnt pay more than $10 if I were to buy it again. Anything I try to do with it feels almost like its gonna break it, which is disappointing because its a great idea of a tool.

Lets even the most armature put on silicone of virtually any tube applied material like a pro ! Really beyond impressive little tool , even use it on auto body applications in tight seams for a OEM factory look. Super impressed and I was certain it was a gimmick . Keep it clean and wear disposable gloves for best result IMO. Cannot saw enough about the results on my base boards better results than most $1 million homebuilder model homes we have seen.

I’ll begin with its size and comfort in your hand. It’s smaller than expected which made it harder to hold and with the underside being totally open it is hard to get a firm grip without the sharp edges of the multiple pieces digging into your hand. It’s also difficult to exert enough pressure to remove tough chaulk. The V-shaped metal end it fairly effective but the plastic scraper end is basically useless. It lost its edge quickly and left black marks on the tub. So now it will not scrap anything. The white silicone tips are about as good as any other tools of its kind. Bottom line, I’m not impressed and it will be returned.

Fast and easy to use. Removed old chalking without any problems. New chalking looked the same as when we first moved in 4 years ago.

I had tried a couple different brands that probably would probably have worked well enough for bath tub caulking, but not for camper seals with 90 degree corners. The other ones had a rounded corner on the removal blade and were not sharp enough. This one had a good 90 degree pointed tip with sharpened cutting edges. Hint: Follow the instructions and do as much work as you can pulling towards you instead of pushing away from you.

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled after using it today. I’m not handy by any means but this tool was a life saver in getting old caulk out of my shower. I don’t know what I would have done without it! I definitely recommend.

For this price it’s okay. The tips are hard to remove and replace with another one. The cutting part of it almost doesn’t work. The scraper part keeps slipping when you’re the tips and can cause an error. When this does cooperate it’s pretty good. But it gives me more work than it is supposed to save. But if you’re gonna use this once in awhile you can’t go wrong with it. If you’re using it daily like me this shouldn’t be in your bag unless you can’t find a better one at the work site
