Back strap tore at top when bag was full. Hardly used it before tossing it.

Great backpack, excellent size, very good quality

A little more pockets inside the main compartments would have been perfect. Bag was a little on the small side. Perhaps the 17 would have been better as well.

I got this backpack for a trip and it held more than I could imagine, is comfortable, easy to manage, and really enjoy that the spot for the laptop is under the straps.

Have not owned it long, but I was searching for a business-oriented backpack that was comfortable, durable, and offered enough storage. This bag checks all those boxes.

Excelent travel backpack. It seems very sturdy and durable. Elegant, but very heavy material. I received many compliments about this precious backpack.

By far my favorite backpack. I have had two other Samsonite backpacks before but this one beats them all. It’s not too big & it’s not too small it’s perfect for all the things I carry. Has plenty of space with plenty of compartments to keep all your gadgets organized. This is a MUST BUY backpack!
