Very good product. High quality and worth every penny

Love the locking feature. Easy to maneuver through airports. Only complaint is that the outside is easily scuffed up by the rough handling by airline crew. Overall, really happy with this purchase.

Outer shell not firm or hard like my old set.

The suitcase is gorgeous and the interior is roomy. However, the wheels on the larger suitcase were very sluggish and did not glide easily when holding the handle. I had to push the body of the suitcase with both hands to get it to move when it’s total weight was 45lbs. It was very inconvenient and I had to return. It also got scratched up after just 1 trip!! It’s a bummer because everything else was so great, wish it would’ve worked out

These suitcases used to be top notch, don’t waste the money

Have not used yet, but quality is very good. It was covered in plastic to make sure it arrived without dings or scratches. TSA locks attached are great. Looking forward to taking them on a trip!

Works great. Plenty of room for my items. Only downside is after my first trip it is scratched up from the poor handling at the airport, but that’s no fault of the manufacturer.

This luggage set looks very nice and easily protects breakable items if packed decently. I usually pack quite a few glass bottles from trips I take along with quite a few other breakable items. I also pack my cases to the max, sometimes 70 lbs. These suitcases did their job and kept my items safe. The zippers are well made and help with expanding. The only knock I can give it is YES, it scratches very easily. Even after the first trip it has quite a few scuffs and superficial scratches. I would buy again, however, if caught on sale.
