I contacted Samsung online support, and they said the charger does not work with any A-series phone such as the A51 that I own.

One of my favorite features of my new Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G is that it supports super fast charging which is considerable faster than fast charging. First, I do have to say that I love the design of this wireless charging stand. It takes up considerably less of a footprint than prior Samsung wireless charging stands. The Amazon website leads you to believe that this new wireless charging stand supports super fast charging. An Amazon representative confirmed that to me in a telephone conversation. IT DOES NOT!!! The wall plug is definitely 25 watts and, together with the USB-C cable supplied, will support super fast charging IF plugged directly into the phone. The stand only supports fast wireless charging as it is 15 watts and would need to be 25 watts to support super fast wireless charging. I only discovered this after considerable research after my initial charger stand, and a replacement, both failed to provide more that fast wireless charging. My prior Samsung wireless charging stand, now several years old, supports fast wireless charging. In fact, any wireless charging stand which charges at 10 watts will support fast wireless charging. A wide variety of those stands are available for $20 or even less so there is no need to spend $60 without achieving any better result. There are currently no 25 watt wireless charging stands being made at this time. Amazon has handled both returns (for the original and the replacement stands) without issue. They apparently simply dont know an adequate amount of technical information so now you have been warned.

I liked them at first and two of them still work properly. The other two failed completely almost at the same time. LED started blinking red even with no phone on board. I followed the instructions for resetting it (basically unplug it and wait a while). Worked at first for one of them but then it failed again overnight. Now one of the two is bricked completely and the other still just flashes. Both failed on different charger blocks and cables. Still I tried swapping cables, power bricks, shutting off rapid wireless charging, and anything else I could find that had any chance of working. No joy, once it started to fail it went tits up almost immediately. I expected better from Samsung, of course on Amazon there is no confidence that these arent counterfeit. Amazons reputation for bending over backwards for Chinese vendors who have taken over this site is legendary. I will contact Samsung about warranty replacements and see if they can determine if these are really Samsung chargers. I will update this review with any information I find that changes my feeling on these. In the meantime I bought a couple of cheap Anker chargers. I have always had good luck with their products and a two pack was less than one of these. I strongly recommend that you check them out on this site before you shell out the dough for this junk. At least youll be risking less money. I tried the Anker chargers and found the phone didnt report rapid charging on the screen. I almost sent them back until I compared time to full charge to the Samsung charger and found it to be identical. It seems the phone knows its not a Samsung charger and doesnt report rapid charging for the Anker. I could be wrong but it sure seems like a cheap marketing trick to me.

It not only charges Samsung cell phones but iPhones as well. Great product so far.

I Bought my first Samsung wireless charger 3 years ago and since this one is an impressive upgrade. Charges much faster!

In or for this product to sell it needs to be able to charge the phone while its in its protective case because what kind of kind of an idiot would not protect their phone, and would take off their case every time they wanted to charge the phone

Charging speed is incredibly fast same as wired. Perfect design without fan noise. You can use it as a phone stander, too. Price is too high. It should be around $40.
