This monitor is great for the price. High quality for gamers, movies, and those who want a nice monitor.

Purchase product, installed and plugged in HDMI port. Moved monitor and HDMI port broke loose from back of the monitor. HDMI port no longer works. Amazon directed me to Samsung because of product defect, Samsung customer support would not replace but was willing to charge me to fix it if I sent the product to them.

Its expensive and doesnt really have many features that stand out about it. It is what it promises; a monitor with a 75hz refresh rate. I bought it for gaming because I was on a budget, but part of me wishes I saved up just a little longer to grab an LG or other brand with higher refresh rate, response time, and resolution. Probably would be great for people using it for work or lower-end gaming, but new games or games with high FPS are wasted on this monitor.

I bought this monitor for work and gaming given their specs. The difference between 60hz and 75hz is noticeable when comparing a normal laptop screen vs this monitor. Everything is fluid with 75hz and is easy to set up to that frequency with an NVIDIA GPU since you have to create a custom resolution profile. For work is phenomenal: great colors, contrast, brightness, and sharpness. For gaming is phenomenal too, with their integrated game mode you can tell the difference in ambient light when playing. Im absolutely in love with this monitor. If you are looking for your first external monitor, this will not disappoint you at all.

After many attempts to get this monitor to perform I have to conclude that they are just cheap monitors. As Im typing this I have a headache from the screen. I have tried various refresh rates, clear text settings, different connections(via dock or direct to laptop), and tweaking the monitors color settings. I am past the return date so I guess Im stuck with these things. I guess I will have to repurpose them for something other than a computer monitor.

I had to purchase a monitor due to working from home cuz of COVID 19. Shipped super quickly. Received it a day early and super easy to put together and set it up! Also, Samsung always have good quality products!

Very nice image, standard VESA mount which is actually kind of rare. A bit pricey for what you get. A displayport port would have been nice but converter cables are easy enough to find.

Received monitor > opened box > immediately could tell it had been pre owned > no plastic covering on monitor (finger prints all over) > cables just thrown in plastic bags > no hardware to secure the base to the monitor > called Amazon support and was told no need for hardware, that the monitor can clip into the base > informed them that’s not the case and that any slight adjustment the monitor will fall off the the base > informed them the instructions clearly state there are screws to secure the base and monitor > forgot who I was talking to as Amazon believes they’re so powerful they can actually see over the phone what you’re actually experiencing in person > also asked if I would like them to forward me to Samsung support > HARD NO > HARD RETURN > wouldn’t recommend just because of the pure brashness of customer service.

Hooked this baby up to a mini Mac using the enclosed HDMI cord and it works great. Nice size, great display and view. Would definitely recommend.

I have always had trust in Samsung products. This monitor has excellent color and clarity. I would have given it 5 stars except that all of the controls have been morphed into one button which was then placed on the back of the monitor. What numbskull thought that was a good idea? I dont buy electronic equipment in order to improve my manual dexterity. I basically just leave it on all the time even turning it on and off is a challenge. If you like a product that is a daily challenge to use this one is for you. If you have better things to with your time, skip this one.
