I really enjoy using this monitor and the set-up was relatively easy to do. Recommend to anyone who wants a high-quality monitor for a reasonable price.

I have used this monitor enough to say that Im glad I got the curved screen. To get the same expansive view with a flat screen would take about a 30 unit. Because of the corner position of my desk with credenza, it ended up 3 or 4 inches closer to me than the 24 flat monitor it replaced, which was partially tucked under the credenza. My viewing distance is about 24. If I lean forward a couple of inches to view details with my bifocals, I can make out the pixels; but all text, pictures, and videos are plenty sharp for my viewing. The colors are excellent, the blacks are quite good. I have separate speakers which are better than those on board. The screen did come with a single vertical cyan line about a 1/2 inch from the left side. It shows up primarily when the screen is white. Its a minor annoyance that I have chosen to live with. Other than everything seems to work as advertised. Installation was easy except that I had to crawl under my desk to plug into my desktop computer. I found some dust that had been down there for a while.

These are my first curved screens and they have been great. I purchased these for my work-at-home setup with adjustable desktop arm mounts and they were easy to put together. The picture quality is great. So far, no complaints.

Fast refresh rate, graphics are amazing

I game a lot and the quality of my video is immaculate. I was able to play really well and easy to maneuver. I wish the monitor is adjustable because it only stands in one direction and cannot be adjusted. The options to adjust screen brightness and all the, you can press the power button in the back and I like how it will not turn off right away, it will show in the screen the options which is a HUGE HELP!! So far its a 5 star affordable screen! Thanks to CyberMonday lol

Its been awhile since Ive left an Amazon review but this monitor is worthy of my time for sure. Ive been staring at pc monitors since the mid 80s and I have never experienced anything like this Samsung, which I might also add, Samsung-oh how far youve fallen. Back in the day Samsung was pretty reliable and pretty good quality, Ive owned several over the years. This is my first curved monitor so I was intrigued and excited, especially after spending hours reading reviews on monitors in general, it always seemed like the most recent negative review wiped out the tons of prior positive ones so it took some time to decide. First, I agree with one review here stating the off-color in the corners, yes mine has it as well in three out of four corners, not a huge factor once something starts to play. Second, yep its ALL shiny plastic, wasnt sure if its considered Sleekly Cheap or Cheaply Sleek. Third, and this is the Most Annoying defect Ive Ever experienced with a monitor and I will try to explain it accurately...I currently have three monitors and the pc that this Samsung is connected to is used primarily for streaming Live TV in the background while I work. The main channel Im viewing is CourtTV, I mention this in case anyone else has the same issue. CourtTV has Alot of commercial breaks, almost Every Single Time the commercial starts, the sound cuts out, And, half the time the video screen will freeze. You might think this is a good thing, But, whenever CourtTV comes back on after ad-break, I need to Refresh my screen to get the sound back! Every Single Time! Now, considering Im usually on the opposite side of the room working, I need to go back to the pc to do this! Once in awhile, after refreshing often, it will perk up on its own, but this is a rare occurrence! This is Not a pc issue, as Ive simply changed monitors, not pcs. Ive never experienced anything like this and as mentioned, its Incredibly annoying! And finally fourth, and this is the zinger here...it Wont Turn Off! Yes, Ive no idea why turning off a monitor now requires a Two-Step process! Really? So once you press the button in the back, a little pop up appears onscreen along with brightness and etc, problem? They dont do anything! I cant press it, I cant move my mouse or use my keyboard, so either it stays on 24/7 or it requires a manual unplug Every Single Time. So, anything good about this monitor? Well, it looks nice. Would I have purchased it? Nope. Am I disappointed? Yep. Would I recommend this for anyone else? Only if you plan on watching non-interrupted programs/movies, NOT streaming w/commercials. Video gaming? Possibly, I did try a quick game from my Steam and it looks good if not the same as a typical monitor. Final thoughts, I was excited then disappointed w/ incredibly tedious issues i never expected from just a monitor, I certainly hope other people have better luck with this if the decision to buy is made, although I will suggest maybe spending another 50 bucks or more and shoot for better quality in the price range, you DO get what you PAY for, and Samsung is just not what they used to be.

It is larger than my 17 laptop screen and when set on stand it lets me set my laptop to one side, place a keyboards in front of me and prevents me from having to keep my neck angled down. I just wish it had sound so I could use it as a TV.

It is not comfortable that the monitor screen has a forward tilt, and the stand is not adjustable

The picture doesnt do it justice. This monitor is very clear and the colors are vibrant. My only complaint is that it is not phyically adjustable. I cannot move the screen up, down or sideways, so I have to keep it tilted on a ledge which causes one of the legs to stick out. It has a Y shaped base which isnt good for limited surface space desks.

Good quality monitor for work. Happy with the product.
