I purchased two of the C27T55 monitors. Was able to get one to work but could not get the second to work. Im assuming the jog switch is the culprit. It is unresponsive. I cant return it since had it past the allotted return window. Am going to buy another and hope for the best.

The advertisement said the monitor had 5 watt speakers. The monitor had no speakers.

So far so good! Simple to use don’t forget to screw the bottom of the stand before you put it together with the monitor! Does not tilt and does not height adjust.

Bought this since don’t know when will be able to go back to office. This monitor is amazing! Works really well for excel tables as well. The size is very big and very comfortable to look at. Can’t complain at all! Love it!

using for office, no gaming. Picture is good, 1080p 60hz needed to adjust settings out of the box to improve picture, well at least for my poor vision

    Greater than one week

Well this wasn’t the monitor I ordered. It has a deeper curve then other companies monitors.

Just got it today, but sofar its a great monitor. Easy to set up, looks and feels great, the back is plastic but has a very nice cloth texture on it. Is plug and play, but I noticed it wont sync or automatically use 75hz mode without downloading the driver, at least on my system it wouldnt. But it did let me switch it manually. Once driver was installed it selects the proper mode automatically. My only complaint is how unstable it seems. Let me clarify this a bit, it is a sturdy stand with no reason to think it will fall over, but light bumps to the desk make this shake like crazy, getting used to it, but its unnerving at first. Edit - After having the monitor about 6 months the top of the screen has started to separate from the body of the monitor. It has had daily use, but it hasnt moved since i placed it. Hope this is a one off and I just got unlucky and its not a reg thing for this model because until now Ive really enjoyed it.

I use 2 of these as vertical side monitors and they are perfect for that. Can play games, watch movies, or read on them perfectly vertical. Outstanding samsung

The base is a flat heavy plate that has a small screw into a plastic bit to hold up the monitor. It has little notches that have to fit specifically which should be fine, but the screw is weak and doesnt screw in all the way, so I supported the gap in mine with various things so I could use the monitor instead of just returning it as the monitor is great. The base sux. They cant replace the base. You cant find a replacement on Amazon or on Samsung sites. The mounting is specific. So, if you want it to stand up right and there is any chance you will move it from one spot to another..do not buy this model.
