I purchased this to add ram to my laptop because it was running slow. I watched some videos on YouTube and learned how to fix it.

Hey. It’s memory. It either works or it doesn’t. At the 32GB per stick size you don’t get to choose your timings. Works fine.

This memory upgrade was to add RAM for my 2019 LG Gram 17 laptop. From online instructions I took off the back cover and carefullly remove the back as it is fragile and replaced the replaceable 8GB ram card with this Samsung 32 GB ram card giving me 40 GB of Ram when added to the 8 GB soldered RAM chip. Window 10 Home 64 bit readily recognized the addtional RAM. The additional RAM does not speed things up when using the laptop however it allows me to open up many Internet browser windows and VPN session and that can tax the previous laptop 16GB of standard RAM memory. However I think the 2020 LG Gram 17 laptop might require a faster RAM module

The only note to make is, knowing compatibility aside, that I am giving the gaming rating a four of five stars for one reason. RAM alone does not maximize gaming performance. Expensive, high-end, discrete graphics cards are required paired with the performance of DDR4 memory for higher frame rates, shading, complex textures, resolution, and advanced animation features. Lower-end graphics cards cause poor playback with 8K video playback, so again, the rating for gaming based on RAM performance is misleading. For the price of this 32 GB module, it is a very good deal and would recommend it, especially for adequate 4K video playback, editing high-resolution photos, music composition, and other mid-level computing demand.

Funciona perfectamente con el ACER Nitro 5. El envío de Estados Unidos a Colombia fue en tiempo récord, muy rápido. En menos de una semana me llegó. El computador quedó “volando” y solucioné un problema de cuello de botella que tenía en mi Core I 7 9 generación (6 núcleos). Ha sido una buena inversión y se los recomiendo.

Since this is the only ram for my laptop then it’s better than nothing. It does make the computer run faster than when I bought the laptop.

I bought two of them because i wanna upgraded my gaming laptop from 16 GB to 64 GB RAM,they fit and making my 2D and 3D rendering works by using Adobe apps runs fast and smooth.
