Original genuine Samsung 45w charger. Worth it.

I seldom write a bad review but I was really disappointed in this product. It stopped working after just a week. Then I turned the plug that goes into the 45w unit around and it worked again. My husband plugged it into our outlet just 2 days ago and it sparked and now it wont work at all. Will try to return it even though it is past the time for a return. It also does not charge at the speed advertised. Always takes much longer. This is a terrible buy

The charger provides ultra fast charging for the S22 Ultra

This is a great product. I should have done my homework. The same identical charger is $39 on the official Samsung site with free shipping. I have noticed lately that Amazon is not the best for prices anymore. Shop around. $10 is $10

We bought these thinking they would help the charge time for the S23 Ultra - full charge takes the exact same time as the previous 25W Samsung chargers.

If you are buying this in the hopes it fully charges your phone much faster than the 25 watt charger the previous Samsung phones likely came with, youll be sad to know it doesnt really charge your phone from empty to full much faster. I used the 25w charger from my note 20 ultra and it says my phone would be fully charged in 1 hour 10 minutes from dead. With this charger, it is 1 hour 1 minute. HOWEVER!!! Where this charger shines is not to full charge, but to about 70% charge. The charger is made to charge the phone up to 70% or so a lot faster than the old 25 watt charger, but after that it drastically slows charging speed to protect the battery and keep from filling it up too quickly which will degrade it and cause it to lose capacity at best, and cause it to become dangerous at worst. So, the main purpose and use for this charger would to be as a main charger that you can put on charge at 10% before a shower and after your shower it would be at almost 70%. This is good if you have somewhere to be and you just forgot to charge your phone and you need some juice real quick. I recommend this as well as the 45 watt car charger too. Both are great

Excellent quality, lightning fast charging. I dont even charge my phone overnight anymore. I just charge it for the 45 minutes in the morning while getting ready and its fully charged. Helps preserve your battery too!

I ordered this charger to go with my new s22 ultra. Wow this is the best charger Ive ever had. It charges my phone up super fast and neither the phone nor the charger ever get warm to the touch. In fact I like it so much that I am ordering a second one to have handy for when we go camping. This is truly worth the money although I did take two stars off because $50 is a lot for a charger
