Excellent. Hoping that my laptop provides enough ventilation or air circulation to cool it down. I would highly recommend a USB C to M.2 NVMe enclosure reader/external adapter to go along with this. I had to reinstall the operating system since cloning my previous hard drive proved to be much more complex than I had expected. However, I was able to clone it and partition it as I wanted (SSDs do not necessarily need partitions, unlike HDDs).

The desktop is being used as a Linux build engine. The IO speed on this disk is much faster than the standard NVMe SSD that came with the machine. make -j 16 can really occupy 16 threads now.

I purchased this Samsung SSD due to the reliability and to add 2tb of must needed extra space. I depend on Samsung SSD’s and the Migration Software.

It is extremely fast and super easy to install. No cables to worry about and plenty of space.

I was crazy and still had hard disk drives up till now. This was my first ssd card and Id heard nothing but good things. It was on sale and the fact that it was a recent model made it practically a must to get.

I bought mine used and Im incredibly happy with it. When I got it I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do in terms of moving things over to the new SSD however the Samsung SSD tool made it incredibly easy to clone all of my data and settings in under 5 minutes. The space is great and it loads games like a breeze!
